What is covered

umLight provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used normally in a residential setting.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear or changes caused by the passage of time.
Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Improper installation, removal, wiring, or use outside the product instructions.
Unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration.
Commercial use unless expressly approved in writing.
Damage caused by unsuitable voltage, bulbs, cleaners, abrasives, or environmental conditions outside the product rating.

How to make a claim

Email support@umlight.com with your order number and product name.
Describe the issue and attach clear photos or video of the product, installation, and packaging when relevant.
Our support team will review the claim and may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, a replacement product, or another appropriate remedy.

Installation and safety

Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical requirements. Turn off power before inspecting or servicing a fixture.
