1. Website and products

These Terms govern your use of umlight.com and purchases from umLight. Product photos, specifications, colors, dimensions, prices, and availability are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Natural materials such as alabaster may vary in color, veining, and texture.

2. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. The checkout page shows the order total, available payment methods, shipping information, and any applicable charges before payment. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as placed.

3. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item support are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy.

4. Product use and installation

Lighting products should be installed and used according to the product instructions and applicable local electrical requirements. Hardwired products must be installed by a qualified electrician. You are responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for your intended use.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, branding, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to umLight and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading content.
